Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the ToolPocket paid plan (sync). The tools themselves are free and need no payment.

The subscription

• The paid plan costs US$5 per month, plus tax where it applies. Customers in Japan pay US$5.50 including 10% consumption tax.
• It renews automatically every month on the day you subscribed, until you cancel.
• There is no minimum term and no annual plan.

How to cancel

Open Settings, go to SYNC and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel there at any time. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as "LINK.COM*". You can also cancel on the Link website.

After you cancel, you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.

Refunds

• First payment: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full, for any reason.
• Renewals: we do not refund renewals or partial months, and we do not prorate.
• Our mistakes: we refund charges made after you cancelled, duplicate charges, and charges for a period in which sync was unavailable for a long time because of our fault.
• Countries we do not sell to: if your billing address is in a country where the paid plan is not sold, we cancel the subscription and refund the payment automatically.
• Where the law of your country gives you more rights, those rights apply.

To ask for a refund, email info@walkframe.com with your Account ID (shown in Settings, SYNC) and the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your card issuer.

What happens to your data

• When the subscription ends, your synced data becomes read-only. Live shares stop updating.
• 7 days after the subscription ends, we delete your synced data from our servers. If you subscribe again within those 7 days, nothing is deleted.
• Deleted data can remain in our hosting provider's backups for up to 30 days, then it is gone.
• Data in your browser is not deleted. You can keep using every tool for free on each device.
